PLAN originated from the idea to lead communities towards ecological solutions. In France in 1985, the integration of Cybernetics within Psychoanalysis created a new sociological model, which demonstrated a parallel between the Unconscious and the Environment. One single procedure could therefore address both the whole issue of group productivity and the individual member's participation. The three elements at the core of PLAN are: Psychological solutions, working through the laws of Sociology and adjustment to Information Technology. This technique produces quick results.

PLAN's time line:

• 1985: Creation of PLAN UNEFPE in Lyon, France by Dr.William Theaux
• 1990: International consultations and meetings to substantiate the discovered results
• 1995: Relocation to New York. Preparation of the marketing of PLAN
• 1999: Acknowledgment of PLAN by the University of California. Launch of business promotion.

CYBEK, a research and educational company led by Dr.WilliamTheaux, has developed PLAN - a Knowledge Management technique. To market PLAN we are currently forming international partnerships with established consulting companies.

PLAN has confirmed itself as an innovative approach of Ecological Collective Behavior. Concurrently, the research group has investigated the history of civilization. The serious issues that were raised slowed down the development for several years, however it raised worthwhile questions that were answered successfully.

PLAN participated in one of the greatest enlightenments of the 20th century. Furthermore, in 1990, researchers at the University of History in London identified PLAN as the update of traditional techniques that are typical of the Western world foundation. Both discoveries confirm the synergy of PLAN with the natural laws of memory and its effect on knowledge, environmental relationship and control of change.

In 1999 MCB University Press and the Science Library of the University of California, Irvine, published a presentation article of PLAN, its application and result. Further studies are also available at the New York public Library.
