Program 1997, Oct, 17.
A presentation workshop for Plural Analysis will be developed in three parts.
1) Psychoanalysis - History, Development and Extension to Collective Psychology
We shall note
the gradual request in Freud's theorization for an approach to Collective
Psychology - concurrently, the ground for a model of ecology will be
distinguished in his concept of the Unconscious. Two documents will be used
: the 1895 Outline & the 1912 Crowd modelization. We shall then show
Lacan's perspective, followed by post-lacanian enterprises, constituting
steps up to an explicit and practical extension of the original Psychoanalysis
to Collective and/or Environmental Psychology.
2) Plural Analysis - Sociological foundation - Technique, Theory
The adjustment
of Psychoanalysis to its social definition has required an integration of
its actual societal legislation for groups (Moral Entities). Tailoring these
Laws, the extension of Psychoanalysis took shape as a social analysis technique
to reflect its society. The result (Plural Analysis) proves a double kinship
in regard to sociology (E.Durkheim) and industry (Hermeticism/Renaissance).
3) Plural Analysis - Technique - Practical Exercise
Plural Analysis
will be applied for a concrete experience in/by a group of five-to-twelve
participants which will be given a goal to complete (a brief research assignment
in this case) so that an extensive report and conclusion can be given.
