Hello Job Analysts!

The following Graph was initialy intented to illustrate socio-anthopological processes
in genetical field.

It can be seen in an industrial perspective
in an economy which addresses an environment pollution and/or management

The graph itself goes/zoom form upper-left side to down-right side
three stages of social-organization
Only the right side (with ecology & code artic) is especially interesting for 'Job Analysis' who will recognize respectively production & work activities.

On the left side: Series [C.a, C.b.. C.n] means CODE series

On the richt side: "Genetics" means the Mechanical (re:Durkheim categorization) identification of organization (organs or job specialties)

as i say in my post to JOBANALYSIS there is a reversal of semantic value in the 20th century - between Mechanical definition and Code series of identification - in the Division of Labor field.

this reversal/inversion is what is shown at../temp/renais.htm#com (when "writing" after being given in civilization causes industrialization up to the creation of cybernetic tools - which closes the "cave" as with a mirror at the door of the cave - at that point the "code" collapse and inseminates Nature)

After my presentation and a post in a mailList - the following was replied:

I have therefore sent the following letter to RJH

I understand that you followed or obeyed Pr W. Th.. - and this is fine with me for, as he says, I may be a: 'gobbled ego ok' But by any chance would you be so kind to tell me why he has been so mad at me. Here is what happened : I came to this list - he yelled at me - thanks to him I could correct my presentation and explain the non-commercial aspect of my approach. Then I made a post about the Division of Labor which is certainly an important contribution that French Sociology brings to the potential of a job analysis - and he yelled twice more. A few minutes after, you removed me from the list. I don't understand - I even don't know if the people of the list are aware of this; however they should be respected and be able to know what happens in the back room. I shall put this letter on my site - at the page that I had made for the job-list, that I have completed with notions related to the mechanism, and its specificity, of resistance in the academic knowledge. As soon as I can, I shall nextly add a few comments regarding Naming and analysis of the job that W.Th.. has performed. This semantic level of analysis is important in a business world which begins to get control on the code which structures the Environment. I leave to your appreciation whether letting him known this work - you know better than me his true ability to understand certain intellectual exposés. Once again I just can say that some professionals and academics praise enough my work - for inviting me in several Universities, in Europe, New Zealand, USA. I presented it at the United Nations last year and several say that my web presentation is quite nice and profound. I made an effort to make a page especially for the list. . One of my books is at the New York public library, etc... I am sorry to leave this list - as I am forced to - but that I would do willingly however. Once again I ask you an explanation, if you can. Peace on earth, and all the gobbled and proudrude egos be ok !
