Since Artificial Memory (i.e. Cybernetics) operates on Earth, PLAN applies the Art of Memory in the state of Democracy (e.g. Republic+Cybernetics). In other words, it addresses the split of modern subjectivity (drive/desire) in a 'Cave' whose inner face - following Plato's - dysplays the projected Reality from Cybernetics.

Regarding genetics and the specific procedures that its logic implies in the social control, an organization as CYBEK provides a tool for the democratic/collective management of the dna pool. In CYBEK, dna-groups operate according to the Art of Memory known as PLAN.

Overall, PLAN - PLURAL ANALYSIS - is an everyday life and social practice which sees Ecology as a vital effect of Democracy (Re: civilization process= ---from:Republic -to-> Cybernetics -to-> Democracy -to-> Ecology). It addresses the loop of self-manipulation (genetics, drugs, memory, philosophy of choice, etc... ) when Cybernetics (Artificial intelligence, memory etc...) reduplicates the Ecological principle (Interactivity) in human collectivity.

So while it preserves social consciousness, PLAN wakes up awareness regarding the Environment. It is to prescribe in continuity with the major stream of Tradition which has lead us to the point where Industry asks for our most ethical presence. For instance, regarding one's own DNA, each person through its own individuality recovers its responsability and participation to the ressources management.
